OWC Jupiter Kore
Expand your workflow with the performance, capacity, reliability, and value of OWC Jupiter Kore enterprise-class storage. The Kore is equipped with a high performance 12Gb Mini-SAS expander allowing further expansion beyond a single Kore unit. This allows for the addition of up to 6 more Kore systems to a single server system for a total of 7 Kore units.
The Kore may be directly connected to a 12Gb Mini-SAS system, or used to expand an existing RAID server system including the OWC Jupiter Callisto NAS storage server.
Up to 320TB, 2.5PB Expanded
OWC Jupiter Kore provides a vast amount of direct-attached or expansion storage capacity with up to 160TB of storage in a 2U 8-drive rack system and up to 320TB of storage in a 3U 16-drive rack system. As your storage needs increase, attach additional Kore systems via Mini-SAS for even greater capacity up to 2.5PB on 3U systems.
RAID
When high-performance RAID storage is a requirement for your computer or server, Kore is the perfect storage for connecting to Mini-SAS RAID controller cards and adapters. Since Kore provides high-speed JBOD storage, it can also extend the storage of networked storage servers such as OWC Jupiter Callisto.

At the core of Kore is the blazing fast Mini-SAS HD interface architecture which provides single cable speeds up to 48Gb/s, or run dual direct Mini-SAS HD cables to achieve up to 96Gb/s. 2U & 3U Racks
Whether building from the ground up, or integrating into an existing system, 8-drive 2U racks and 16-drive 3U racks provide installation flexibiilty so you can add the OWC Jupiter Kore system that best provides the capacity you need in the space you have.
