Days after the taping of the American Idol season finale, American Idol finalist David Radford signed an exclusive endorsement deal with premiere national Internet Service Provider (ISP) OWC.net, headquartered in Woodstock, IL. Radford is the first 2006 Idol contestant to ink a national endorsement deal.
Radford, a modern day crooner and American Idol crowd-pleaser, has a loyal national following of fans who will be able to follow Radford’s career, performance schedule and news of his upcoming premiere CD release on a soon to be launched web page hosted by OWC.net.
The endorsement deal was brokered by Rikki-Lee Travolta, an executive level spokesperson for the ISP’s parent company Other World Computing. Travolta has over a decade of expertise in the entertainment industry, with a resume of work that includes projects in association with A&M Records, Paramount Pictures, Fender and BMG Music.
Radford fans are already calling in from around the country to reserve seats for his first post-Idol solo concert, to be held Saturday, June 17, at 7:30 p.m. at the luxurious Raue Center For the Arts in his hometown of Crystal Lake, IL. The event will feature a lineup of favorite musical standards like those Radford sang in front of Paula Abdul, Simon Cowell, Randy Jackson, and Ryan Seacrest, as well as new material penned by Radford’s Music Director, Roger Adler – a four time EMMY nominated composer and host of the www.dailyguitarjam.com website and widget.
