Multiple EMMY Award nominee guitarist and digital recording professional Roger Adler will lead the band of Chicago singing sensation Seth Bradley in a July 16 contest at the legendary Aragon Ballroom in Chicago. The prize: a spot to open for Bon Jovi at the band's July 21 concert at Soldier Field.
Bon Jovi, having sold more than 100 million albums since 1984, is participating in a regional contest in nine cities as a part of its "Have A Nice Day" concert. The grand prize winner will open at the tour's July 29 finale concert at Giants Stadium and will also receive a recording deal.
24-year-old Singer songwriter Bradley, whose style has been compared to John Mayer and Jack Johnson, combines pop, rock, funk and ballads with cool, clear vocals and a rhythmic guitar style.
Bradley is one of only five Chicago music acts to earn a marquee spot on the Aragon Ballroom concert this Sunday and the chance to open for Platinum recording act Bon Jovi at Soldier Field and Giants Stadium. Bradley's handsome good looks and radio-friendly music style made him a fan favorite of listeners of local concert sponsor The Mix WTMX 102.3 FM who voted their desire to see him above other contestants. The all-ages concert featuring Bradley with guitarist Adler at his side at the Aragon Ballroom takes place this Sunday and is free to the public. Adler, whose album credits include "The Garage Album" and the "Groundhog Day" movie soundtrack, is also currently producing Bradley's new album at the producer's, state-of-the-art "studioA" digital recording studio at the Lakeside Legacy Arts Park in Crystal Lake, IL.
