OWC Music Consultant and American Idol Finalist to Perform at Chicago Apple Store

Other World Computing (OWC) music consultant and four-time EMMY nominee Roger Adler will appear at the Apple North Michigan Avenue Store Tuesday, Aug. 22, to give a demonstration on the use of the GarageBand application. Adler will be joined for a live mini-concert by American Idol Finalist David Radford, whose debut CD is being produced using GarageBand at the state-of-the art Other World Computing music showroom "studioA" recording studio in Crystal Lake.

The same software and equipment used at studioA in recording Radford is available for sale to the public through a special arrangement with Other World Computing, McHenry County's largest technology employer, via the web site www.macsales.com and by phone at (800) 275-4576.

About David Radford
David Radford achieved international fame as a fan favorite on the hit musical television show American Idol. Hailing from Crystal Lake, IL, Radford is one of six siblings and has studied voice individually and chorally. Inspired by such legendary crooners as Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Sammy Davis Jr., Radford is easily compared to modern swing recording star Michael Bublé. On stage Radford has made starring appearances in such musical theater classics as "Guys and Dolls."

About Roger Adler
Roger Adler is a four-time Emmy nominated composer, producer, and performer. He is an endorser and clinician for the iGuitar by Brian Moore Guitars and his work is recognizable in over 1,000 television commercials. Adler performed at the Presidential Inaugural Ball in Washington D.C. as recently as 2005 and his recordings include appearances on the "Groundhog Day" feature film soundtrack and The Garage Album.
