Today, OWC announced that it was named a winner of a People's Choice Stevie Award for Favorite New Products in the 12th Annual American Business Awards. OWC won in two categories, for the OWC DIY Upgrade Bundle for the PlayStation 4, and the OWC Envoy Pro EX USB 3.0 Portable SSD Storage Solution.
Consumer online voting began in July, where both the PlayStation 4 DIY Upgrade Kit and the Envoy Pro EX took an early lead, ultimately garnering top honors. Past winners of the People's Choice Stevie Awards for Favorite New Products include Apple, Boost Mobile, Kodak, BlackBerry, and Samsung.
