The Mercury Elite-AL Pro Dual-Bay “Quad Interface” features a high performance Oxford chipset with two SATA I/II hard drive bays for high-performance RAID storage of up to 3.0TB and fast transfer speeds of 300MB/s. Built for performance-intensive applications, such as A/V, digital photography, professional music, graphics, as well as general data, the Mercury Elite-AL Pro Dual-Bay “Quad Interface” is beautifully designed for both Macs (Time Machine ready) and PCs, featuring a shock resistant, aircraft-grade brushed aluminum housing. The “Quad” Interfaces provide complete plug and play interoperability on/between systems equipped with FireWire 800, FireWire 400, USB 2.0, and/or eSATA. Quad interface support makes it easy to use the Elite-AL Pro between multiple systems/interface options as best suited to system availability while providing the same data accessibility, without reconfiguration, regardless of which interface option is used.
