OWC Digital®, a leading zero emissions Mac and PC technology company, leverages the countless opportunities during the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) Show 2016, presenting at the noteworthy Intel Thunderbolt Zone throughout the week, engaging aficionados with live demos and showcases, in addition to sponsoring the SuperMeet 2016 and hosting a marquee talk at the event.

World-renowned as the largest annual digital media conference and expo for industry authorities specializing in the creation, management and distribution of entertainment across all platforms, NAB 2016 is set to kick off Saturday April 16th, with exhibits commencing on Monday, April 18th through Thursday, April 21st. As an added bonus to their numerous products on display, OWC is hosting daily raffles for lucky attendees to have the chance to win an abundance of prizes. Enticing thousands of content designers, consumers, and industry trailblazers from across the globe, OWC will engage attendees in its cutting-edge technologies at Booth #SL14205.

Intel's Thunderbolt Zone

Building upon their unveiling of three products featuring Thunderbolt 3 technology coming later this year, OWC will demonstrate how leading companies are leveraging this new generation of technological capability. With a kiosk at Intel's Thunderbolt Zone in the NAB Show StudioXperience, OWC will specifically exhibit their popular and high-performing Thunderbolt 2 based products, teasing attendees until Thursday April 21st, when they will bring their Thunderbolt 3 prototype units for a filming at the kiosk. Showcasing manufacturers and vendors who are actively developing products with Thunderbolt technology, OWC joins the likes of Dell, Good Way Technology, and more in the Intel Thunderbolt Zone as key companies with solutions that improve the way people create, manage, distribute and experience content.

SuperMeet

To further enhance the NAB Show experience, OWC has partnered with the 15th annual SuperMeet 2016, one of the largest networking offsprings of NAB for creative and collaborative editors to not only learn the latest industry trends and solutions, but also share relevant news and opportunities. As part of OWC's commitment to encourage forward-thinking solutions for today's vexations, OWC is a Platinum sponsor of the gathering in addition to OWC Digital's Chris Haeffner joining VR filmmaker Lewis Smithingham to discuss the capture, production and storage challenges encountered in Smithingham's latest VR project with Doug Liman, Invisible. The short presentation "VR is All About Gobs of Data" will be held during SuperMeet at the Pavilion Ballroom at the Rio Hotel Las Vegas on Tuesday, April 19th from 4:30PM to 11:00PM.

MediaMotion Ball

Monday April 18th, the alluring Las Vegas nightlife scene and NAB will collide under one roof at the Monte Carlo Casino & Hotel for the MediaMotion Ball, an unofficial yet integral event during NAB week. First held in 1998, the MediaMotion Ball is the premier event for production affiliates in attendance at NAB and invites attendees to participate in a night of dining, wine, and prizes. Advance ticket purchase includes the aforementioned and may be purchased here.

"At OWC, we are excited to again be actively engaged in this year's NAB show," said Larry O'Connor, Founder and CEO. "We are honored that so many creative professionals around the world trust OWC solutions with their most valuable content, and we can't wait to share our latest innovations with them. We're also thrilled to once again be a platinum sponsor of the Las Vegas SuperMeet, which complements our ongoing support for many creative user groups around the world."
