Other World Computing (OWC) http://www.macsales.com, a leading Mac and PC technology company, announced today that it was presented with 3 Best of Show Awards at Macworld Expo 2007, held last week in San Francisco. Macworld Expo judges and Macworld Magazine editors selected the Axiotron ModBook from hundreds of exhibitors at Macworld for a Macworld “Best of Show” Award because they felt the product highlighted the commitment Macintosh developers have for the platform. “Using a standard version of OS X and its included Inkwell handwriting recognition software, the ModBook is an impressive piece of engineering,” said Rob Griffiths, Senior Editor, Macworld Magazine.

The Axiotron ModBook was also awarded with the 2007 Macsimum Best of Show Award by Macsimum News, a top-rated Apple, Mac, and iPod online news site. OWC was presented the award for having one of the most interesting, coolest hardware products shown at Macworld 2007.

OWC was also presented the PowerPage “Best of Show Award” for the Axiotron ModBook by mobile technology site PowerPage.org, who called the ModBook, “The Coolest Piece of Hardware at the show.”
