Idea Submission Policy
OWC encourages its customers and others to share ideas, including creative suggestions for new advertising campaigns, new promotions, new or improved products or technologies, product enhancements, processes, materials, marketing plans or new product names. However, please use the proper channels to submit them. Please do not submit any unsolicited ideas, original creative artwork, suggestions or other works ("Submission") in any form to any of OWC's employees directly. Please direct all submissions to legal@owc.com. The purpose of this policy is to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes when OWC's products or marketing strategies might seem similar to ideas you submitted to OWC.
When you send OWC a Submission, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Terms of Submission
You agree that: (1) your Submission and its content automatically become the property of OWC, without any compensation to you; (2) OWC may use or redistribute the Submission and its contents for any purpose and in any way; (3) there is no obligation for OWC to review the Submission; (4) there is no obligation for OWC to contact you regarding your Submission and (4) there is no obligation for OWC to keep any Submission confidential.
